No options to boot from usb drives, Win Tablet

Hello community, I got a problem.

My friend is a C/C++ programmer and He creates his own operating system.

Sometimes He wants me to try it, but I do not have a desktop computer, but only a tablet.

He always sends me an ISO file and I can make usb flash disc bootable via Rufus. 

I restart the tablet insert the USB flash disk via USB reduction cable, press F12.. But there is no option to boot from the USB, only Windows boot manager. Is it possible to boot the USB flash disc?

What I've tried?

I've tried to change settings in BIOS.  

- Set password

- Secure boot disabled

 

 

TABLET: Acer Iconia 8 W
