Why isn't Acer supporting the Dolby Theatre Digital program that it used to help sell its product?

The issue is that iObit udates to RealTek drivers are stuffing up the Dolby Digital Theatre, causing a driver incompatibility, there have been many queries about this but Acer is strangely silent. Come on Acer, do something about this issue, please, or lose customers.
