I installed Acer 23 inch touch screen monitor to use with my Dell XPS 12 as second screen.  Image is great but touch feature not working.  Any ideas how to correct?

    usapaid,

Windows 7 allows for multiple displays, but only supports a single touchscreen monitor at once and it must be the primary monitor.

In order to use multiple touchscreen monitors you would need to be using Windows 8, if you aren't, and each must have the USB cable plugged in to them.

I am on Window 8.1... You mentioned usb connection... so their are 2 connections to my laptop. Video feed and the usb reconizes the touch element.  Are their any setting that need to be adjusted in Windows?

    usapaid,

There should be a USB cable plugged into each individual monitor for touch functionality. Here is an article we created for dual touchscreen in Windows 8, give it a once over and see if that resolves it for you.
