I am getting a blue screen with white lettering. Long message. At bottom it says crash dump, counts to 100. Can't recover or do anything that screen keeps popping up. HELP PLEASE! I have a 2 yr. service contract. It has been repaired last Sept. 2012. I tried to chat but my warranty they said has expired. Don't see how.

sounds like your hard drive has failed. As difficult as it is, your only recourse is to contact acer for repair.
