What is the best cpu my Aspire x1900 can support?

I have a Aspire x1900 made by emachines and I want to upgrade my cpu. I want to upgrade to the best cpu my motherboard supports, but I dont know if a quad processor will work. Heres some info about my desktop from cpu-z:
