Recentlly i had factory reset of my windows 8.1 after that i am not able to use controls handled by fn key and esc key also not working in sone programmes..please help i am using aspire r7 572G laptop with win 8.1

Could you please specify which specific functions are not working using the FN and Esc keys?
Which programs are you referring to that they are not working in, programs you had to reinstall after your factory reset?
