Acer Aspire x3400 cpu upgrade

Hey guys, im wanting to upgrade my cpu. I have an Acer Aspire x3400 and have 7gb of ram and have upgraded the gpu to a GT720 which runs fine, i am now looking to upgrade my cpu, does anyone know the best i could buy that would run with stock psu.

    Yes because there are only 2 motherboards (same chipset):

    MB.SE201.001MAIN BD.MCP78PV.LF
    MB.SE201.002MAIN BD.MCP78PV.AX3400.LF

     

    One only heatsink, PSUs of 220W. I advise you to check the total power according the processor/gpu with this Enermax tool.

    So with that calculator i enter all my specs and the new CPU i want and it will tell me if my current PSU is enough ? also what is the best CPU from the list because i want to have the best possible, and i ca then see if its ok to run of my PSU. Thanx for the help BTW
