Aspire E5-511 graphics card failure and recovery

My Aspire E5-511 has been working well until this past 2 weeks. Problems with sound breaking up on web-based calls (like Skype and Webex), speed of moving between programs became sluggish, now the mouse is not working properly (sticking, lagging, jumping) and at times the touchpad is doing the same thing.

The only error messages I say was on one day, the it said the grahics had crashed and recovered (several times.)

I backed up my files and did a systems check and then a large update came through.

I thought things were better but it is starting again - sound stalling/crackling, mouse not working properly, programs not responding well (Outlook, Microsoft Word, etc.)

Any ideas?

    Check this:
    Ctrl-Alt-Del to load Task Manager
Scroll down and look under Background Processes to find 'Intel(r) Technology Access Service'
Right click and choose 'End Task'.

if it works to have it permanent, you must edit service at startup

    on windows 8

press windows key logo + r

    type

    msconfig

    go to service tab

    Untick Intel(R) Technology Access Service

    Apply

    OK

    Restart
