Aspire R7 cursor always stuck at the top of the screen. Unable to use touchscreen after that.

    The touchpad could have been disabled, you may try to press and hold the Fn key and tap the F7 or T key to enable touchpad.

     

    This could also be an issue with windows update, you may try to restore your computer to previous date when the computer was working fine.
