Resetting the whole monitor memory.

Hello~ I wanted to know a question. How do you reset the whole monitor?

As if the monitor was just brought yesterday. (Brand new)

I need help because my computer is saying strange things like the activation key has expired and things like that, I don't think an activation key expires.

It has also been saying that my computer was not genuine, even though I brought it directly from the shop and the screen is always black, every time I try to insert a background, in a few minutes, the screen becomes black again.

I've even tried the Alt+F10 way, but every time it tells me to restart, I restart, go on to my account, and nothing happens.

I just don't know what has happened and how to fix it. I've been to a couple of shops but no one knew what had happened.

Please help me fix this problem.
