Acer Iconia B1-730HD, BATTERY AUTOMATICALLY SHUTDOWN

Hi,

 

Can someone help me, my tablet automatically shuts down when it reaches a certain point like, 50%, it will shutdown, as if it was drained, and needed to plug in to a wall charger in order to open again. i have mine for about 3 months now. and just recently encounter this issue. i'm getting frustrated with this.Smiley Mad

 

Please help.

    Sometimes the battery scaling gets confused and displays the wrong values. Does it last about as long as it used to? If so you might take it through a few full battery cycles. Charge it fully, then let it discharge until it shuts off by itself, then fully recharge, etc... They will often recalibrate the numbers once it's gone through a few cycles.

    I have the same problem and I went chatting with acer online support. I tried to reset my tablet but nothing changed I still have the same problem... I someone can help us !!!

    What do you mean by let it discharge? Now it turnf off when it comes at 85% battery level Smiley Sad do i need to bring this to the customer service?

    Do you recharge it to it's max level ? The battery logo is fully recharged ?

    Yes, with it getting progressively worse like that I think you need to contact support.

    Yes, Fully charge, but still the same issue.
