Sim not detect

I'm using iconica a1 811 tablet.android version 4.4.2

Sometimes Time to time signal bars not indicates signal at all and shows no network coverage,eventhoug the same sim card with same connection indicates good network coverge to the same location when I used it in my smartphone.then I again tried a sim from another service provider.samehappens.not only at one but for several location this happens.and also it take long time to start when I switch on the tab,and to indicate signal unlike the time I bought this.to be mentioned I'm not using games or much apps on this device because I need it to be perform well.this is a good product I've experienced so far.please reply me asap on this matter.

try a factory reset but do a backup of your personal data before do it:

settings/backup&reset/factory data reset

 

if the issue is still present and your device is under warranty call the Acer support service.
