Not all function keys working correctly

OK since purchasing the beautiful V3 -111P-P16L  . I have made it better by upgrading components such as Wifi NIC ( to dual band) and Adding and SSD 

 

Of course when adding an SSD I did a fresh ( debloated ) install of windows 8.1 . I have re-installed the drivers ( in no particular order )

 

 

However I have noticed my Wifi function key is not working , this is shared with F3 formula key and should be activate/deactivate the wifi - however nothing happens .

 

Through experience in upgrading laptop components , when changing wifi cards the Function keys usually still work . I am presuming maybe the drivers were installed in wrong order . But then what would be the right order?

Help would be appreciated

Please  reinstall the Launch manager applciation from Acer recovery management tool and check for Functiobn keys
