Aspire Z3-615: how to calibrate display for contrast etc?

Hi,

My first post, I'm an amateur when it comes to computers, so if anyone is able to help, I would be grateful of step-by-step advice!

I've got a Aspire Z3-615 (all in one touchscreen).  I'm into photography and recently got Lightroom to edit my photos.

I can't work out how to calibrate the monitor for contrast, saturation etc.  Currently the display seems to be set to excessive contrast/saturation (so when I tone down my photos on this computer to what looks correct, they then come out looking desaturated with too low contrast on other device screens or in print).

Does anyone know if there is a way to adjust the monitor settings?  There is a button on the left of the monitor which brings up an icon that I think means brightness/contrast but I can't work out how to use it (when I press the button just toggles between that icon and 'exit', with no other buttons to press to select)

Thanks in advance.
