Can this model supports SATA III? i'm interested in the hard drive WD3200BEKX.

You can use this hard drive in your laptop since it has SATA interface and the HDD is 2.5 mm. Just keep in mind that the transfer speed will be limited by the SATA II bandwidth, which is 3 Gb/s.

Yes. Sata III is backwards compatable with with Sata II.
