I have an Acer Iconia a100 tablet that is no longer under warranty.  It suddenly will not boot.  I get to the Acer and Android logo and it stays there for hours at a time.  I've done soft and hard resets to no avail.  I've gone on the users forum and have discovered that is a well known and documented problem for which Acer is doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
 
I tweeted to #acer recently about my problem with their product.
 
NO RESPONSE.
 
I have used Twitter for many other companies and have had an almost immediate response.
 
This speaks volumes to me.  Clearly Acer doesn't give a good **bleep** about their customers OR their brand.  And that's fine.  
 
I will continue tweeting (to my 214,000 follower) about my disgust with your company and its product.  And I will never purchase anything from you again.
 
You really do need to do a better job of monitoring social media and treating your customers with a modicum of respect.
