On the USB A connector, my K330 will regognize my nokia phone, but not my usb key, nor my canon ixus camera.

(However, the SD card of my camera is recognized)

From what I'm able to see, the USB port should recognize Mass storage devices.

What size, make, model is your USB key?

I had a similar problem when I used a 32GB Sandisk USB key on my K330 projector. It wasn't recognized.

When I used a Sandisk 2GB key, there was no problem.

I am guessing that the projector will not read USB drives that are larger than, say, 16GB. Is this correct?

I should mention that my 32GB USB drive was formatted in FAT32.

Out of the box and under "Settings" USB A was turned off. Should this be "on" for using a flash drive. Projector will not recognize flash drive in port A. The drive is a 4 GB Toshiba.

    Tommy:

Makes no difference whether setting is on or off. Either way, when you go to source USB A there will be about a one sec. flash like it's trying to read the port then the screen goes back to "Media Gallery."

Does it recognize any smaller flash drives or ones by another manufacturer?

Please understand that we are unable to test all makes, models and sizes of storage media.

Well, I've tried Toshiba & HP. Each is 4 GB and FAT32. I guess I'll try Mark's approach. It's midnight here but tomorrow

    I'll pickup a SanDisk 2 GB and see what happens . . . Thanks.
