Acer Aspire V3-571 keeps shutting down

I have had a look on the forum and from what I saw it was at regular intervals when peoples laptops were shutting down.

My laptop shuts down when moved this is often when the laptop is being picked up. I have had a fresh install and still not rectified. Therefor I feel it's down to the internals. I took it to my local shop and tbh he made a meal of it and messed up my windows so got it back and thought to have a go alot self. The fan has been cleaned so don't think its overheating as it can turn off after a min when the laptop is moved or can run for hours if left on a table or something.

Any ideas please? It makes a click sound and it shuts off.

If it does it only when it is moved, I would suspect something causing a short or an open.The clicking sount could be coming from the HDD and it could have a bad connection to the Motherboard and moving it could be enough to break the connection.

If you can get to the HDD, clean the contacts with an eraser and plug and unplug it a couple times.Thee HDD is very simple to access. http://www.myfixguide.com/manual/acer-aspire-v3-571-v3-571g-disassembly/
