I was using my tablet last week in my car looking at Maps and it cracked under my finger. I have never dropped it and it has always lived in a strong leather case.

I sent it back for warranty repair to be told that Accidental Damage is not covered and they wanted £157.10 to repair it.

I did not drop this tablet. It cracked under my finger.

I have asked for it to be returned to me.

I am very very very unhappy with Acer and will never ever buy another Acer product again - before that I thought it was great!
