Problem with wlan/wifi on Switch 10

Hello. My girlfriend has an Acer Aspire Switch 10, from about 2 months.

She has a problem with wlan connectivity. She thinks, that wlan cars its turning off. I don't know, I had this tablet im my hand only twice.

Sometimes tablet looses connection with router, and don't wanna reconnect by itself.

She told me, that "solve the problem" function (right click on wifi, on bar, and "solve..." - or something). It restart wlan card propably. When i played with this Switch last time, I just couldn't connect to wifi. "Solve the problem" (/or restart of wlan)did not help.

She has this problems also with internet at school. But with my smartphone, tablet had a connection, without problems.
Soo now i have no idea :/. I downloaded 2 types of wlan drivers. She has a Realtek software. I updated it to the newest version, from Acer website. But problem still persist. I had no time, to uninstall Realtek and install second one (Broadcom), but I think, it will be the same.

Can it be hardware problem? Or maybe just something with settings in tablet... I don't know.

It would be great, if someone know this problem and could me help with it. And sorry for my english Smiley Wink.

Thanks in advance.

Go into device manager and look at the wifi driver. Note if there are any errors. Then I have had good luck uninstalling the driver and then rebooting. Windows will rediscover the device and reload the driver. This may resolve the problem.

If the device does not appear at all then I suspect you have a hardware issue.

    carefully !

This hint is dangerous! I did so, and windows will NOT reinstall the driver (how could, there is none in the system and internet has gone with the wlan-driver) so i had to install it manually with a second computer from the acer website.

..and it does not solve the problem at all !

since then still comes the warning !limited! and after switch off the wlan and reactivating, wlan is not able to find ANY foreigne network anymore.

The only solution that helps is to reboot.
