Now my desktop computer crashed because of a hacker now my computer pops up a blue screen then shuts down fast and I have been trying to fix the problem my self but it is hard and frustrating for me. I have tried startup repair and system recovery and when it does windows update it crashes again. then I continue to fight for it to work again. I have tried to get my computer into safe mode with networking but no luck with that.
My ex-boyfriend give me this computer but did not give me the disc that came with it. Either an update ot installion may also be causing the problem but I don't really know

Like I said earlier I don't know what the hacker actually did to my computer but what I am experincing right now on my computer and I really do need help when it comes to my computer.
