I sent my new Iconia One 7 B1-730HD in for service because the battery would never charge above 32%.  It has been received by the repair center, but that was on 15 Jan 2015, and it does not look like anything is being done, according to the database query.  Is there any way to talk to someone and find out what is happening with my Tablet?

 

I do see other have gotten phone calls.  I was not informed to place a phone number with my information.  They obviously have my email.  Perhaps I am worrying too soon?

    Are you from US/Canada, if yes the Turn Around Time is 7-10 Biz Days to fix the unit from the time the unit is received by Acer. to ship out. its 6Biz days now. & if you have provided a email, you would have received a mail from Acer confirming the product received & also mail when shipped out. if you need to speak to someone yes could, 1866-695-2237.
