DA220HQL under warranty but...

I sent my DA220HQL display into Acer's repair facility in Tx.  It was under warranty when I sent it in.  They have it.  I have a CaseID for it.  They've had it for a few weeks and now that it's out of warranty, I cannot get a repair status update on it.  When I try to access the acer status page, it says it's out of warranty and then I get sent to 'pay for service' company page.

 

How I find out that status of my repair?  I can't even find a phone number to call or an email address to contact.

 

Any suggestions?

    I got my monitor back from Acer Repair!

     

    However...it isn't working properly.  A significant portion of the middle of the touchscreen still doesn't respond to touch input.  But now that my warranty expired, what do I do?  The warranty repairs that they did do..didn't totally fix it.

     

    How do I get Acer Repair to completely fix my touchscreen?

     

    Any suggestions?
