On-line "Ask A Question " does not recognise my serial number

That's it really. I want to email Acer Support with about a problem but do so I need to enter my SNID or Serial number. I have run the utility that Acer have for down load to show this information. When I cut and paste either of these into the box on the Ask a Quesiton page I get a message saying they cannot be found in the system.

 

So, is there a way to email Acer directly or to get around this issue?

    You'll found the same informations on the label sticked on the lower cover.

    Have you bought it in the same contry where you live?

    The numbers on the label were the 1st ones I tried but to no avail. Same numbers from the Acer utility.

    Computer bought int he UK, where were live. It is an oldish computer - I think we bought it 4 years ago - could this be the issue?

    Anyway the Acer support is provide for the duration of the warranty.
