Howto get the backup DVD for new purchased laptop with windows 8.1?

Hello,

 

My friend has purchased new Aspire V3-572P-54CF model last week.There is no Windows 8.1 os cd.Laptop preloaded with the OS.Here how to get the OS cd for the installed versionwith same product key?Whom i have to contact or how much extra i have topay?

When i check with Microsoft they mentionedthat contact the Manufacturer for backup DVD(OS Windows 8.1)?What is the right procedure.In fure if i would like to format my laptop with OS CD means what i have to do?

 

I know taking an iso image and restore factory settings option.But i would like to do it with physical CD of Windows8.1??

Two ways:
