When I try to watch streamline programs like Netflix, after 20 sec to the display becomes "green cubes" and image is messy.

I've try to use it in several different places, but the prolems is the same.

I have also ones reset the whole system (factory set up) --> no help.

Tab is 4 months old and prolems started about 2 months ago.

What kinds of speed are you seeing with other internet tasks? Could you run some speed tests to determine if it's an issue with the tablet, the tablet's data connection or the internet speed in general?

Hi,

The speed is 18.44 Mbit/s.

I have try to use it in other location also, but the problem is the same.

In my kids sumsung tablet works fine without any "green cube" problems.

If you get 18Mbits with it the data stream speed should be just fine. Netflix will typically work great for nonHD media on a 500Kbit to 1Mbit stream. It could be an issue with the app I suppose. Have you contacted them? Is the Samsung running the same version of Android?

I have checked in Netflix pages and it should support my tablet and android.

I've been in touch to Netflix support and they have seen the problem with no help.

This same problem shows others streams also.

Which build are you running? I can't remember for sure, but I think the A3 comes with either Jelly Bean or KitKat and there have been at least two versions of KitKat for some models. There were Netflix issues with the first KitKat releases that were dealt with in later updates on some models.
