Aspire M5 hard drive issues

I have an Aspire M5 481T and its operating system has stopped working again. It was repaired by Acer, under warranty, in May of this year but the same problem returned again. I cannot even do a system restore, windows 8 is completely stuck. Any suggestions?

Have you tried to press ALT+F10 at boot?

I have and started a system restore, it does it to 80% and it stops and goes back to the main page. It was repaired with the same problem and I assume that the 20 gig  ssd drive might be causing the trouble. I am just ***** that Acer doesn‘t stand behind its products. In my opinion I have received a defected product and now I am on my own.....Meanwhile, I am in Europe and cannot use this unit doe this multfunction and only will go back to Canada in March...
