Acer Switch 10 - Critical Low Battery

Hello All,

A few days ago my fiance had got a new Acer Switch 10 model NW5-012 with CPU Z3735F.

Unfortunately there is the problem with the battery. Battery is fully charged but when the laptop is off, and will not turn back on without plug into AC charger and appears message error "Critical Low Battery". She has to connect AC Charger, and then press start button, after that AC charger can be disconnected, and everything is working fine.

I am updated BIOS to the ver. 1.10, but the issue still exists.

This is very annoying, because when she wants to use her Laptop/Tablet outside, and she doesn`t have AC charger, she cannot turn on her laptop.

Sounds like there is a hardware problem with the circuit that monitors the battery. Contact Acer support for a fix or your vendor for a replacement.
