Acer Aspire TC-605 power supply and upgrades

Hello all. Recently i've aquired a Acer TC-605 desktop. I am very pleased with how it's working but I have a few questions on upgrading.

 

1.) I am looking for a bigger PSU to put in. I'm hoping to get a ~600w PSU. Which brands are good? are PSU's universal? How do I know it will fit in the case?

 

2.) I am also looking to purchase a graphics card. I play games ranging from Source games to Arma 2 | Just cause 2 etc. Whats the biggest card that would fit in the computer? any reccomendations for Nvidia products?
