How to send for repair if out of warranty?

I have bought an H5630 projector in 2010. Many pixel have start stucking in last 2 weeks (maybe a hundred). Its caused by the mirror getting stuck, something related with the DMD chips being deffective.

 

While the DMD chips warranty is suppose to be ok, the projector itself isnt. How can I set a repair (im ready to pay for it) and get details about it if the warranty is void. The website always refer to 'use support when out of warranty' when the support itself always lead to a wall saying 'warranty is void we cannot do anything'. This isnt what I call easy tech support...

 

But anyway, I just want to ask acer for a price to get it repaired (and bulb changed at same time if possible).

Ok basically I looked further, went throught the website and finally received an email, got to phone there and here is the solution:

 

-Call to their technicall support

-To change a DMD thing or anything they charge a fee of like 208$ to change it....in itself its not really a nice price, but the trick is if you change the DMD and the lamp bulb (must be dead) then its....208$, not to say im just gonna wait till the lamp die as its quite good for the total.

 

Guy one the phone was helpfull, thought I would share the solution as I finally get hold of it.
