W510 Sound Issues

Hello everyone,

 

I've bought the W510 Acer tablet (Win 8) a few days ago and i'm pretty happy of this acquisition.

 

But i have a problem with the sound Smiley Frustrated. I have started one music or video the first day i receveid the tablet and suddently the sound decreased drastically. And now, i can't see or hear video/music properly.

 

I tested the sound with headphones, the sound is good ....

I've downloaded and installed the lastest drivers of acer web site.

 

Has anyone a solution ???

    If you have loaded the correct driver and checked all of your sound settings, you may try recovering the system using the instructions on http://acer.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/26281. This will restore your tablet to the way it was when you first set it up. If that does not resolve your issue, I would recommend you contact Acer support for your region.
