I was thinking to do a factory reset to my desktop acer predator G6310 through eRecovery. I recall doing it before two times (and of course forgot to make the backup discs
) but now it is gone. I've tried couple times the Alt+F10 combo on the Acer screen that comes up in the startup (this is how I did before if I recall correctly (tho I have some memories doing the first time something in BIOS too)) and searched for the Acer folder.
After that I looked up from your site for help and found the W7 eRecovery from the acer store page (link: http://store.acer.com/store/acerna/en_CA/html/pbPage.eRecovery/ThemeID.30483300/Currency.CAD ) I looked up the SNID and S/N and put them in the box and it said that they are not found from your database, I even downloaded the tool to detect it and it still said the same that it didn't find it. Could it be because I'm from Finland? Or my computer's age (it was bought from an electronics store called Gigantti in the fall of 2011)?
