For those who have purchased a B326HK monitor, I have an announcement.

In the month of November 2014, I bought my B326HK monitor and noted that when the monitor is in standby mode, and then from the standby was called off the screen now and then started flashing.

I then contacted the helpdesk of Acer and the monitor was collected for examination and possible repair. But Acer apparently could not obtain spare parts and finally the purchase price was refunded to my account.

I have now bought a new B326HK monitor but the problem is the same. So I contacted the helpdesk back from Acer and now they are going to investigate what is just wrong, because it seems very likely that this type of monitor has a general fabrication error.

If you are dealing with such a problem, you can fix this by temporary not let go the monitor into standby mode. The screen saver can be used and does not have a impact to the monitor.
