I have an Acer Iconia A200 tablet. Yesterday when I picked it up for the first time in the day, it was frozen on the Iconia title startup screen. After much work I finally was able to get it to boot up. But since then I have been getting multiple errors. Errors that are saying that certain services has stopped and I have to OK to get thru error. Regardless of which app I try to go into, it won't start. One of the more constant errors is, "Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped." I also often get "Unfortunately, Google Play services has stopped."
The last thing I did before the end of the night before, was pay for and play a game from the Google Play Store.
I had noticed in the few days previous to this problem, the tablet would often hang and I would have to do a hard reboot.
I've been fighting this so long, I'm willing to do a factory reset if that is my only option. However, I want to be sure that all of my apps, and all of my data has been backed up. It is set to be backed up to Google but how do I know what it has backed up? I really don't want to loose everything I have stored in this tablet.
