Customer Support Frustration

I had a chat session with Acer in which I was promised a courtesy repair, but I never received the shipping instructions I was told I would be getting via email.  I have the case number and the full transcript of the chat session, but I am now completely unable to get through to anyone at Acer Support because when I try to log in, I get a message saying that my serial number is out of warranty.  I've tried going through the thirst party "Answers By Acer" service, but they have not been able to help.  Can anyone please help me figure out how to use my case number to get through to anyone at Acer Support so that I can get the repair I was promised?  Thank you.
