System won't boot into safe mode or any other mode,erecovery's stuck at "please wait a moment" help?

Hi,

 

My system won't boot into safe mode or any other mode, not even command prompt and the erecovery management system is stuck at "please wait a moment" which is why i'm unable to restore it to factory condition, i cannot even use recovery discs.

I've tried alt+F10/F8/and booting it through BIOS, but nothing seems to work.. 

I didn't open my laptop for about 10 hours and before that it was working fine, when I restarted the system, it got stuck at starting windows point and then it'd restart eventually. It's asked me to insert the installation disc, and go to language settings and click on repair the computer, but it won't boot and the recovery software doesn't seem to work either.

I don't know whether it's a HDD failure or not or should i get the HDD replaced.

& if I'd have to ship it back to the company, how much would it cost to get it replaced?
