XB270H Sever issues with the monitor

Hello i recently purchased an XB270H, and while the monitor with its features are fantastic, I have noticed some pretty annoying issues with it. I have some strange blue tinted backlight bleed all along the right side of the monitor and as well as the tope left corner.

 

As well I just noticed that the screen is misaligned to the right, I noticed a post regarding that issue earlier today and the poster was unable to fix the issue with a driver update, and this screen unfortunately lacks the capability to adjust the screen orientation.

 

I was wondering if i should RMA this monitor back to the store i bought it from (NCIX) or should i have Acer take care of this? I am afraid if I RMA i may get one from the same batch that would have the same issues

I would recommend contacting our technical support for further assistance. If you feel the display panel is not aligned correctly, that is definitely something we can look into fixing and of course address any other issues you discuss with one of our phone technicians.
