R7-571 no battery ability

I have an Acer R7-571 that will not run from the battery.

Replaced the Battery

Replaced the motherboard

Replaced Power Port

Replaced power/battery LED board

 

Still refuses to use the battery, has an X on the battery, won't run unless plugged in.

I'm totally baffled by this. Any technical support would be appreciated.

I finally figured it out..... doh!

I didn't put the 2 center bottom screws back into the unit because I was debugging why the battery wasn't working.

Turns out those two screws create a safety feature for the battery in the event of a short.
