I have an Aspire One notebook running Win7-32bit. It has just 1 GIG of RAM. Can this be upgraded?

My granddaughter has the Aspire One OAD257 running Windows 7 32-Bit basic. This notebook has just 1 GIG of RAM and I'd like to upgrade her notebook to at least 4 GIG's of RAM making the device much faster for her.

 

Any ideas as to how this can be done? ACER doesn't really tell you anything about the system's details.
