Changing default internet browser on A700

Hey guys. A little while back I bough a keyboard case for my A700. I always use Chrome as my browser, so I wanted to set Chrome as my default browser. I tried a factory data reset that wasn't successful. Each person I talked to on Acer kept talking about application managment which I don't have access to in the settings (possibly from the recent upgrade from Ice Cream to Jelly Bean) and app associations which I also have not been able find. Again, what I want to do is make Chrome my default internet browser because the inernet keys on the keyboard are linked to the default browser which I disabled in the app section.
