I updated my tab when it arrives at home. But KitKat version is still 4.2.2, while I know that it has been updated to 4.4.4 with some functions like Split Screen. When I search for updates, a window appears saying that my tab is up to date. What do you suggest me to do?

4.2.2 is not kitkat, 4.4.2 is kitkat.

This is the latest available from Acer, no 4.4.4 at the moment.

In this video I see Android KitKat 4.4.4 and some functions like Screen Split that I haven't.

I actually hope they will skip 4.4.4 and release 5.0 instead. I wish there was a way to know if Lollipop is in development for the Tab 8 fhd

I sent a request to Acer and they told me to hard reset my tab and to retry to update the system. But my problem has not been solved.

After the first update from Acer, my version has not been updated. It remains 4.4.2. But now CPU-Z doesn't recognize my processor as an Intel (ARM logo is displayed), while at the beginning Intel logo appeared. What does it mean?
