I've just bought an Acer Iconia B1-720,but am unable to get connected to my BT wifi. When I tried to connect to the hub,the tablet asked for a password that I couldn't remember,so I just typed in 0000.It keeps on saying it can't authenticate it,but won't allow me to try another password. Can anyone help please? I'm absolutely useless with technology.I'm used to a laptop and that's about it.Thank you in advance if you can tell me what to do.

on your tablet you need to tap again the BT hub in the device list and tell to pair.

    try also 1234 as password.

    I'm not an Acer employee.

The BT hub should have the wifi SSID & password (which will be much longer than 4 characters) on a label  - later ones have a little pull (clip) out section on the top of the router which has the label on it - earlier ones I think had the label on the base or the back of the hub.

The one BT hub wireless password I currently have access to - off a HomeHub 2 I think - looks like this  "334ae2a49f" (I have altered some of the numbers)
