V5-131 HDMI conflict with Logitech MK300 keyboard/mouse combo

I have an Acer V5-131 with Windows 7 Home Premium and I use a Logitech MK300 keyboard/mouse combo.  They work great - until I plug an HDMI cable in to connect to my Vizio HDTV.  The wireless keyboard and mouse stop working until the HDMI cable is disconnected. I have tried connecting the wireless receiver into all three USB ports to no avail.  A wired USB keyboard and mouse combo functions while the HDMI cable is plugged in, but not the wireless combo.   Is there a solution that will allow use of the MK300 with HDMI output in use?

I have not been able to duplicate your symptoms. It looks like you have confirmed that the USB ports are functioning as they work when you are connected to a wired keyboard and mouse. It seems like there is some kind of interference while using that combo or the distance from where the USB dongle is located to the mouse and keyboard itself may be to far. I would recommend trying another wireless combo to see if the problem persists.
