Acer Switch 10 won't sleep

My acer switch 10 was working perfectly fine, When this friend of mine meddled with my tablet and said he turned off the sleep function because it was consuming too much of my battery. When I turned it back on in the power settings, the tablet doesn't go into sleep mode anymore, and the sleep function when I press the sleep button doesn't work. It is turned on in the power settings but the sleep function doesnt work, I can only see "shut down" and "restart" but no "sleep". It's really annoying because I have to shut it down and put it back on everytime instead of just using the sleep function. any help guys? Thanks.

Which application are you using to enable sleep? PC Settings; PC and Devices; Power and Sleep or Control Panel; Power? You can get more detailed control with the latter...
