Are you sure about the error?

Can you take a screenshot and post it?

Never saw this error on android devices.

have you tried to do an hard factory reset?

power off then do a long press on power button + Volume down

if a dead android appears and nothing else, press once the power button

on recovery select wipe cache/factory reset

if this doesn't work, you need to contact your regional Acer support service.

Tried, doesnt work, but i can enter fastboot mode, is there any way to do a hard reset via fast boot, as there is no Acer support anywhere near me?

    Same problem here. Too frustrating!

I have tried some fastboot commands to no avail. Internal EFI hard drive is blocked with a security policy. So the goal of any technique is to disable the policy so to be granted access to the drive and thus reinstall the os.

The tablet comunicates with the PC when booted into fastboot utility. When you input "fastboot devices" it returns with the name of the tablet in hexadecimal format. So it "sees" the tablet. But when sending a command like "update" to reinstall the system, it returns with "FAIL" unknown command.

    Dont know what to do.

Contact Acer support service if still under warranty, not much to do.
