Miracast won"t work

I have an Aspire 5600U with win 8.1 about a year old.  I want to project computer screen to my tv.  Win 8.1 is supposed to give an option of "Add Wireless Device" under Devices/Project.  Mine does not give the option.  After reading on other areas of the Acer Forum, I found that other folks with Acer computers had the same problem and the Qualcomm Atheros Wireless Lan Device driver was the problem.  My driver is 10.0.0.263

Anyone else had this problem and know of a driver that will enable Miracast...if so where can I find it?

Thanks for the reply...the link to the WIDI Update Tool doesn"t work (tried several times) but I do have an Intel i5-323 which should be WIDI capable...do you think it could be a driver problem?

According to the Intel web site, my cpu is widi capable.  It appears that the Qualcomm Atheros Wireless Network Adaptor is the problem.  I cannot find a driver that would enable the WIDI.

When I bought the computer (early 2013) WIDI was widely used.  Why would ACER user an Adaptor not WIDI cabable?

Does anyone know of any way to upgrade...this is an all-in-one so pulling the card is not a solution.
