WDC WD5000LPVT-22G33T0

This is my second hard drive in 18 months.

Have restored with recovery disks and am getting a message on a hard drive error.

Suggestions??

if windows or BIOS are giving HDD errors, you don't have so many choices.....replace it.

Maybe change brand or upgrade to a SSD if storage size is not your problem.

    I'm not an Acer employee.
  • Hello edferry3,

Could you indicate me the exact model of your laptop or the first ten characters of S/N?

I would give you some HDD models for this one.
