Acer aspire E1-572G Shutdown and sleep problem ???

i bought Acer aspire E1-572G 3 months ago ! it came with preinstalled win8.1 ! i had to reset it due to some problems later when i reset this AMD catalyst drivers didnt recovered ! i installed them from amd's official site  but after installing them when display is turned of after (specified) interval it does not recovers again till i shutdown and restart laptop using power key 
but this problem solves when i unistal drivers ! again my VGA comes to 1 GB intel memory ! I.E AMD card disables !

 

 

2 : Second problem is that my laptop does not shutdown now its remains stuck on shutdown process while screen goes black (power LED llight remains on ) and PC is also on in this situation again i have to shut it down by using power key !!!! whats the matter with it and how to solve these problems
