Hello,

 

I bought an Acer Aspire Switch 10 one week ago, it's a tablet but also a laptop 2-in-1

I am having big problem with it, the problem is: When i log in to Windows 8.1 i can use Internet and Network and i can surf, and i can chat and everything, BUT when i switch to Tablett and want to surf or want to download a APP then the Network is not working no connection, the Network is ON and connected but still i can not surf or download any APP.

 

And this happends only when i am on Tablet but not when i connect to the Laptop win8.1

Please help me, how can i fix this?

 

How come i do have working connection on windows 8.1 but when want to download apps from Tablet, i switch to Tablet then no connection, even that the network is ON ?

Wow, that's a weird one. The keyboard shouldn't affect the network at all. Is your model one of the ones that has additional storage in the keyboard? Can you disconnect then reconnect to the network when the symptom shows up? I'm thinking something in the internal USB subsystems since that's what's affected by the keyboard disconnect...
