So I goto settings, and where it has the switch to turn Wifi on and off the switch is grayed out and stuck. I whenever I tap it, it doesn't move or do anything else. It worked up until last week and I haven't found any solutions. Please help, this is my grandmothers tablet and she's a little frustrated with it.

    Have you rebooted the device?

Sounds as if you have a hardware problem with the WiFi card then. Smiley Sad

I've never been inside an A3 before, so I don't know if the WiFi/Bluetooth is on a card or soldered to the motherboard. It could be either...
